Perth Airport Information
Perth Airport encompasses the international (overseas flights) and Domestic (In Australia flights) and Regional Terminals.
The Airports are located on a 2,105 hectare estate and all aircraft movements occur on two runways located between the international and domestic terminals.
The Perth Airport control tower is 70 meters tall and people work there twenty four hours a day to ensure your safe journey.
Apart from being the transit point to your next destination there’s much more to travel than just flying. Why not shop a little, grab yourself a bite to eat or simply sit back and relax.
Also don’t forget to get your free copy of Welcome2Australia at the international terminal information bay.
Plan your next trip or stay a little longer. Western Australia is a very large and beautiful place.
If you are travelling overseas it pays to shop duty free. If it’s fashion, gifts or jewellery you are looking for you will find it here. Don’t fret about doing it beforehand just grab it at the last minute for your convenience.
Always remember the rules at the airport and pay careful attention. Don’t buy too much duty free, especially alcohol and cigarettes and whatever you do don’t fly with food.
Also be aware that due to the recent world changes, security has tightened when travelling on airplanes so leave items such as aerosols, lighters, sharp objects and even nail clippers behind.
If you are flying or heading out from Perth be aware to be on time and check in three hours prior to international flights or 45 minutes prior to domestic flying.
